摘要
近年来,随着中国经济发展进入新常态,经济增长从高速向中高速的换挡正在进行,就业形势也发生了变化。在党和国家大力倡导"大众创业,万众创新"的新常态下,我国女大学生就业困难的问题依然存在,这与贯彻五大发展理念、实施创新驱动发展战略的要求不相适应。目前,就业率偏低、就业机会不平等、用人单位要求过高、就业性别歧视等问题仍是女大学生就业困难的突出表现,究其原因,是因为整体就业形势的严峻、相关制度的缺失、就业认知的差距等等。为此,我们应该从国家、用人单位、高校以及个人多个角度分析,为改善女大学生的就业状况提出有效对策。
In recent years, with China's economic development has entered a new normal, the change ofeconomic growth speed is underway. Employment situation has also changed. Under the new normal of strong-ly advocated "public entrepreneurship and innovation", the employment of female college students in China isstill difficult. This is not consistent with the implementation of the five development concepts and the imple-mentation of innovation-driven development strategy. At present, the female employment rate is low and un-equal. Employers' requirements are too high. The reason is that the overall employment situation is grim, lackof relevant systems and so on. To this end, we should put forward effective countermeasures to improve theemployment situation of female college students from the perspective of the country, employing units, universi-ties and individuals.
