以脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸共聚物为主要成膜物,复配一定量的水性丙烯酸乳液,添加适量的无机颜填料和紫外光吸收剂,制备了一种环保型高耐候水性可剥离涂料。研究了脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸共聚物与水性丙烯酸乳液复配后漆膜的可剥离性、无机填料的用量对漆膜力学性能的影响、紫外线吸收剂对漆膜紫外光吸收能力的影响。结果表明,脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸共聚物与水性乳液比例为7:3时,漆膜可剥离性最好;当颜基比为1.2:1时、干膜厚度为80~100μm时,漆膜综合性能如下:拉伸强度20.03 MPa,断裂伸长率382%,180°剥离强度0.23 KN/m,耐水7 d,人工加速老化400 h,可完整剥离。
An environmental friendly and high weather resistance waterborne strippable coating was prepared based on aliphatic urethane acrylic copolymer as main film-forming material, compounded with a certain amount of waterborne acrylic emulsion and appropriate amount of inorganic filler and ultraviolet light absorber. The effects of the compound of aliphatic urethane acrylic copolymer and acrylic emulsion on strippable property, the amount of inorganic filler on the mechanical property and the uhraviolet absorber on the ultraviolet light absorbing ability of the film were studied. The results indicated that the coating film exhibited optimal strippable property when the ratio of aliphatic urethane acrylic copolymer to acrylic emulsion was 7:3. In addition, the coating with the thickness of 80-100μm comprising pigments/fillers at a P/B ratio of 1.2:1 had the following comprehensive properties: tensile strength 20.03MPa, elongation at break 382%, 180° stripping strength 0.23KN/m, water resistance 7 days and it could be completed stripped after accelerated aging for 400 h.
