摘要
介绍了水性涂料的特点,结合水性涂料在城轨车辆上的应用现状,系统地分析了水性涂料表面处理、水性环氧底漆的干燥和水性聚氨酯面漆的过程控制等因素对涂装质量的影响。
Combining the characteristic and experience of waterborne coating used on urban rail cars, the factors affecting the quality of waterborne coating construction, such as surface treatment, drying of waterborne epoxy primer and process control of waterborne polyurethane topcoat, were analyzed systematically.
