摘要
群体性事件是由某些社会矛盾引发,以规模性聚集的形式,通过语言或肢体上冲突的行为方式,对社会造成负面影响的群体活动。农村教师群体性事件的产生多为表达诉求、直接争取和维护自身利益,而当事人利益诉求受阻、基层舆情监控的缺失等因素加速了群体性事件的产生。只有切实维护农村教师切身利益,畅通利益诉求通道,做好基层调研与舆情监控,才能稳定农村教师队伍,促进农村教育发展,实现城乡教育一体化。
Mass incidents are triggered by some social conflicts and in the form of large-scale aggregation, which have negative impacts on the society through the conflicts in language or physical behaviors. To express their demands, to fight for and protect their own interests, rural teachers' mass incidents could be accelerated once the interests of the parties are blocked or the grass-roots public opinion monitoring is missing. Only by earnestly safeguarding the vital interests of rural teachers, smoothing the channels of interest demands, and doing a good job in the grass-roots researches and public opinion monitoring can rural education be promoted and the integration of urban and rural educa- tion be realized.
