In view of designing Business English Writing course in higher vocational colleges, this paper aims to clarify the DQP-based course tuning, with continual and ongoing emphasis on learning outcomes, special require- ments of the course, as well as the transfer between professional knowledge and working skills. This paper focuses on every stage of the learning process, paying attention to the feasibility of teaching content with the help of internet in order to enhance students＇ knowledge, competence as well as professionalism.
