企业在向绿色供应链转型过程中通过对所处发展阶段的定位,采取不同维度的知识嵌入措施实现生态知识与绿色供应链的结合。环境、战略、要素、生产和能力是企业用来确定生态知识嵌入的动态要素;每个维度生态知识嵌入的阶段和嵌入模式均处于不断的动态变化之中;根据动态嵌入的特征提出相应的实施策略,能有效地解决生态知识嵌入绿色供应链的路径问题。研究结论为企业有效实施生态知识嵌入提供理论指导。

During the transformation to green supply chain, many enterprises figure out their development position and take knowledge-embedded measures of different dimensions to realize the integration of ecological knowledge and green supply chain. Environment, strategy, elements, production and competence are the dynamic factors that enterprises refer to to determine the ecological knowledge embedding. The phrase and pattern of ecological knowledge embedding in each dimension, are in constant and dynamic change. If implementation strategy of the embedding is put forward according to the characteristics of dynamic embedding, it can effectively solve the route problem of the embedding. These research conclusions can serve as a theoretical guidance for enterprises to effectively implement ecological knowledge embedding.
