新常态下应用型本科院校合作教育研究

Cooperative Education of Application-Oriented Universities in the New Normal

主动适应经济发展新常态要求,积极创新合作教育模式,是应用型本科院校实现转型发展、内涵发展、特色发展、服务发展和实施创新创业教育亟待解决的战略性问题。在高等教育发展新常态的视角下,应用型本科院校办学思路应当突出"立足地方性、突出应用性、注重技术性、强化实践性、体现特色性"五个内涵特征,依据应用型高校开展合作教育的理论指导和现实需要,充分利用好学校和社会两种不同的教育环境和资源优势,主动开展与地方政府、科研院所、行业企业、联盟高校、国(境)外高校之间的合作办学,努力开创、合作教育的新格局。

For application oriented universities, actively adapting to the requirements of the New Normal of economic development and innovating cooperative education model, are the two strategic issues that need to be addressed in order to realize their transformation development, connotative development, characterized development, service development, and implement innovation and entrepreneurship education. From the perspective of the New Normal of higher education development, application- oriented universities should highlight five connotative characteristics, which include basing on locality, focusing on applicability, laying emphasis on technicality, intensifying practicality, and embodying characteristicness. Moreover, the universities should, guided by related theories and taking into consideration the need of reality, make the utmost of society and themselves, the two different educational environments and resources, and take the initiative to carry out cooperation in running school with local governments, scientific research institutions, enterprises, allied universities and overseas ones so as to open up a new situation of cooperative education.
