现代汉语形宾构式形成理据的意向性视角分析--以“他红了脸”为例

On Formative Motivations of “Adjective + Object”Constructions in Mandarin Chinese from the Perspective of Intentionality:A Case Study of “His Face Reddened”

形宾构式是特定语境下说话人意向性活动的语言表征。以"他红了脸"为例,利用心智哲学意向性理论对形宾构式的形成理据做尝试性分析。在特定语境下,说话人对心智与世界的信息关系做出选择并进行一定的意向性活动。说话人的意向态度和意向方式使对象的某一属性、状态或活动得到凸显,这一认知机制反映在语言上就是构式的功能。构式功能总是与一定形式相配对,因而构式对句法元素(如词性)形成压制,进而形成形宾构式。

＂Adjective＋Object＂ constructions are linguistic representations of the speakers intentional activities.Taking ＂his face reddened＂ as an example, this paper aims to analyze formative motivations of Mandarin Chinese ＂Adjective ＋ Object＂ constructions in the light of the theories of intentionality of philosophy of mind.In certain context, the speaker selects a relationship between his mind and the worlds information, and then performs a certain intentional activity.His intentional attitude and way would make some property, state or activity of the object get much more salience on the cognitive, which would be reflected in the function of the construction.The function of the construction is always paired with its form, so the construction can coerce syntactic elements such as part of speech into having relative change, and then the ＂Adjective＋Object＂ construction forms.
