经阴道彩超诊断胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤的价值

Value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of placentaltrophoblastic tumor

目的:总结胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤(PSTT)经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCDS)图像特征,探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析6例经病理证实为PSTT患者的经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查图像特点及临床特征。结果:6例PSTT患者二维声像图可分为3种类型:实性为主型2例(33.33%),囊性为主型3例(50.00%),蜂窝状为主型1例(16.67%)。6例中5例彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)显示病灶内血流信号丰富,1例CDFI显示病灶内血流信号稀少。6例患者频谱多普勒测得RI值范围为0.24~0.63,均值为0.44。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查能为诊断PSTT提供线索。

Objective： To summarize the image features of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound （TVCDS） , and to explore its value in the diagnosis of placental trophoblastie tumor （PSTT）. Methods： The image features of TVCDS and clinical characteristics of 6 PSTT patients confirmed by pathological examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Six patients were divided into three types according to their two dimensional images of PSTF： the type mainly made of solid mass in 2 cases （33.33%）, the type mainly made of cystic mass in 3 cases （50.00%）, and the type mainly made of alveolate mass in 1 case （16. 67% ）. Color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） showed abundant signals of blood flow in 5 cases, and weak signal in 1 case. The RI measured by spectral Doppler ranged from 0. 24 to 0. 63, and the mean value was 0.44. Conclusion ： TVCDS can provide clues in the diagnosis of PSTT.
