高职院校学生评教的局限与调适

学生评教是高职院校教育教学质量监控的重要环节,科学有效的学生评教能够有力促进教学质量和教学水平的提高。目前高职院校学生评教的作用有限,为此,需要对教学质量评价系统进行相应的调适,以尽量减少学生评教的偏差,便于对教师的教学质量做出客观、公正的评价。

The teaching evaluation by studentsis an important part in education and teaching quality supervision in vocational colleges.The scientific and effective students＇ educational assessment can greatly improve teaching quality.At present,the effect of teaching evaluation in vocational colleges is very limited.In view of this limitation,the assessment system should be made some adjustments so as to reduce deviations in the educational assessment and to make a objective and fair appraisal to teachers.
