试论青年军人越轨行为及其控制

Deviant behavior of youth soldier and its control

青年军人越轨行为具有积极、中立和消极三种价值判断。消极的越轨行为给部队正常工作生活秩序造成了很大危害。青年军人消极越轨行为主要表现为违法行为、不道德行为、违纪行为和犯罪行为四种类型。青年军人发生越轨行为的原因很多,但主要有社会失范、社会解组、文化入侵和标签误导四个方面的因素。控制青年军人的越轨行为,可以从法律、纪律、道德和观念四个层面进行。

There are three kinds of value judgment of deviant behavior, which are aggressive, neutral, and negative. Negative deviant behavior brings a very big endanger to troops. Youth soldier＇s negative deviant behavior can be divided into four types such as illegal, dirty pool, breach discipline and crimi- nal. It＇s resulted from several reasons, society lose norm, society solution set, culture invading and label mislead are becoming major factors. In order to control youth soldier＇s negative deviant behavior, some precautions form four aspects included law, discipline, morals and ideas are proposed.
