关于构建中美新型大国关系的思考

Building a new type of major country relationship between Sino-US

中美关系是世界上最重要的双边关系之一,中美新型大国关系的构建关乎整个世界的稳定与发展,发展新型大国关系是中美两国政府基于国际形势变化而达成的基本共识。为此,从新型大国关系的内涵与性质出发,分析了构建中美新型大国关系的可行性,总结了目前构建中美新型大国关系所面临的障碍和挑战,提出了构建中美新型大国关系的方法与对策,从而形成"不冲突、不对抗,相互尊重,合作共赢"的新型大国关系。

Sino-US relationship is one of the most important bilateral relationships in the world. Build- ing a new relationship between China and the US is vital to the stability and development of the whole world. The development of a new relationship between big powers is a basic consensus between the two countries based on changes in the international situation. Therefore, according to the nature and properties of the new type of great power relationship, this thesis analyzes the feasibility of construc- ting a new type of Sino US relationship, summarizes the obstacles and challenges, and proposes some strategies and methods in building a new type of major country relationship between China-US. There- fore a no conflict, no confrontation, mutual respect, and win-win cooperation new relationship be- tween big powers is established.
