流产后关爱服务随访依从性现状及相关因素研究

Follow-up compliance with post-abortion care services:a survey study

目的了解流产后关爱服务随访依从性现状及相关因素。方法对1 549例门诊接受人工流产女性实施流产后关爱服务,调查12个月内随访依从率及重复流产情况。结果流产女性随访依从率(65.7±31.5)%,中位随访依从率80%;随访依从性佳组重复流产率0.4%,显著低于依从性差组(1.8%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄是随访依从性的保护性因素(P<0.01)。结论提高随访依从性可有效降低重复流产率,年轻女性的随访依从性应成为流产后关爱服务实施的重点。

Objective To study the status and risk factors of women＇s follow-up compliance with post abortion care services. Methods We retrospectively collected follow-up compliance and repeat abortion during 1 year of follow-up in 1 549 women undergoing artificial termination of pregnancy. Results The mean compliance rate was 65.7 % （standard deviation±31.5 %） and median compliance rate was 80%. The incidence of repeat abortion was 0.4% in the good compliance group and 1.8% in the poor compliance group, showing significant difference （P〈0.01）. Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that age was a protective factor of fol- low-up compliance. Conclusion Improving follow-up compliance can reduce repeat abortion, and those who are young should be the target of post-abortion care services.
