本文对我国人口老龄化现状对财政收支影响进行了分析,提出减少和避免老龄化带来的不利因素,弥补劳动力供给不足的缺口,促进经济增长;建立多渠道、多层次的养老、医疗保障体系,缓解政府的养老和医疗保障支出压力;明确政府主体责任,大力发掘民间力量解决老龄化问题,缓解财政支出压力。

With the deepening of the aging population, will gradually lead to China＇s working age population decreased with aging, inhibit the improvement of labor productivity, reduce social output, so as to reduce government revenue; on the other hand, the deepening of the aging population, the expansion of fiscal expenditure, especially pension expenditure increase greatly, bring financial risk. Based on the relationship between China＇s aging population and financial risk as the research object, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, try to establish the aging population and the fiscal risk relationship model based on the model is scientific and effective verification, is proposed to cope with population agingPolicy and advice on financial risks.
