摘要
通过乳液共混改性制备的高岭土/SBR纳米复合材料具有优异的分散性,即使添加50 Phr高岭土也无团聚现象,但存在硫化起点延后,正硫化时间大幅延长的问题。通过FTIR红外分析,高岭石表面的羟基有较强的吸附作用,能吸附空气中的水份和带不成对电子物质。采用螯合剂TEA和醇类物质PEG600对高岭土表面进行包覆,能有效地缩短复合材料的硫化时间。
The modified kaolin clay/SBRnanocomposite prepared through the latex compounding method has excellent dispersibility, which doesn' t exist reunion phenomenon even if 50Phr kaolin wasadded. The problems arethe delay of curing starting pointandsignificantly prolonged of curing time. Through infrared (FTIR) analysis, it was found that the hydroxyl on the surface of the kaolinite has strong adsorption ability, which can absorb the moisture in the air andparticleswith unpaired electron.It can effectively shorten the curing time of the composite material by using the chelating agent TEA and alcohols PEG600 to coat the kaolin surface.
