重视骨质疏松症患者铁代谢指标的评估

Pay attention to assess the iron metabolic indicator in the patients with osteoporosis

铁在机体中的稳态对于维持正常的生理代谢十分重要,其相关机制近些年有许多报道,研究提示铁代谢紊乱与骨质疏松症的发生存在相关性。本文针对铁代谢异常并发骨质疏松症的临床文献进行梳理,提出评估铁代谢指标变化对分析骨质疏松症相关因素有积极意义,期望为铁代谢与骨质疏松症临床研究提供一定参考,为骨质疏松症防治提供新的思路。

The body internal iron homeostasis is very important to maintain the normal physiological metabolism. The related mechanism has also been reported in recent years. This article focused on the association of iron metabolic disorder and the osteoporosis. We review the related clinical papers about abnormal iron metabolism and osteoporosis. We hope that it is meaningful to assess iron metabolic indicators when we analyze the risk factors of osteoporosis. It will shed a light on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
