不同年龄段雌性食蟹猴血清铁蛋白与雌激素、骨转换指标的相关性

Correlation among ferritin,estrogen and bone turnover biomarkers of female cynomolgus with different ages

摘要 目的观察不同年龄段雌性食蟹猴血清铁蛋白与雌激素及其骨转换指标,探讨铁蛋白与雌激素及骨转换指标变化的相关性。方法选用雌性食蟹猴32只,其中8~10岁年轻成熟组16个,平均年龄8.5岁;18~20岁老龄组16个,平均年龄18.5岁。电化学发光法分别检测血清中雌激素(estrogen,E2)和铁蛋白(ferritin,Fer)的浓度,以及1型骨胶原氨基末端肽(procollagen 1 N terminal peptide,P1NP)和1型胶原羧基末端肽(carboxy terminal telopeptide of collagen type 1,CTX)的浓度。结果年轻成熟组食蟹猴血清E2为(419.11±387.33)pmol/L,Fer为(9.57±6.53)μg/L,P1NP为(316.40±46.25)μg/L,CTX为(594.00±73.32)ng/L;老龄组E2为(257.41±244.64)pmol/L,Fer为(11.02±5.19)μg/L,P1NP为(147.70±38.14)μg/L,CTX为(342.00±49.18)ng/L。老龄组食蟹猴E2较年轻成熟组降低(P=0.041),同时老龄组Fer较年轻成熟组升高(P=0.035);老龄组食蟹猴P1NP较年轻成熟组明显降低(P=0.009),老龄组食蟹猴CTX较年轻成熟组明显降低(P=0.008)。结论随着年龄的增加,雌性食蟹猴体内雌激素水平的逐步降低,而反映体内铁蓄积程度的铁蛋白逐渐增高,与人类女性随年龄增加,体内雌激素与铁蛋白变化关系相似;而反映动物体内成骨及破骨能力的骨转换指标,随着年龄的增加,呈下降趋势,与绝经后女性高骨代谢转换相反。 Objective To explore correlation among felwitin (Fer) , estrogen (E2) and bone turnover biomarkers in female cynomolgus of different ages. Methods Serum of E2, Fer, procollagen 1 N terminal peptide (P1NP) , and carboxy terminal telopeptide of collagen type 1 (CTX) of 16 younger (8 - 10 years) and 16 older ( 18 - 20 years) female cynomolgus were detected respectively by electrochemical luminescence (ECLI). Results E2 level in older group (257. 41 ±244. 64 pmol/L) of E2 was significantly lower than the younger group (419. 11 ±387. 33 pmol/L) (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Fer level of the older group ( 11.02± 5. 19 μg/L) was significantly higher than the younger group (9.57 ± 6. 53 μg/L) ( P 〈 0. 05 ). P1NP and CTX level in older group was both significantly lower than the younger group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion With the decrease of estrogen, ferritin increased with age in female cynomolgus. The relationship between estrogen and ferritin of cynomolgus was consistent with the aged human female. However, the change of bone tmaaover markers of cynomolgus was contrary to the aged human female.
