跨层次知识网络嵌入性对研发团队创造力的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 以236个研发团队为研究对象,采用跨层次研究方法,通过构建多层次数据模型(HLM),探讨核心层、中间层和外围层知识网络嵌入性影响研发团队创造力作用机理。研发团队跨层次知识网络中,结构嵌入性、关系嵌入性和认知嵌入性均为知识网络嵌入性的因子结构特性。核心层知识网络嵌入性对个体创造力具有积极影响,团队学习对核心层知识网络嵌入性与个体创造力的关系起正向调节作用;中间层知识网络嵌入性对团队创造力具有积极影响,团队学习在中间层知识网络嵌入性与团队创造力之间存在中介作用,组织学习对中间层知识网络嵌入性与团队创造力的关系起正向调节作用;外围层知识网络嵌入性对团队创造力也具有积极影响,团队学习和组织学习均对外围层知识网络嵌入性与团队创造力的关系发挥着部分中介作用。 This study explores how the mechanism of embedded knowledge network with core layer, middle layer and external layer influences the creativity of a R&D team, based on hierarchical linear modeling, with a cross-level research method, and 236 R&D teams as its research object. It proposes a theoretical model in which the team learning and organization learning were included to examine the relationship between knowledge network embedded and creativity drawing on the data from 236 R&D teams. The study examines the factor structure of knowledge network-embedded including the structural, relational and cognitive embedded. At individual level, the study examines the positive effect of the core layer knowledge network embedded on individual creativity. At multilevel, we examine the moderating role of team learning between the core layer knowledge network embedded and individual creativity. At group level, the study examines the positive effect of the middle layer knowledge network embedded on team creativity and the partial mediating role of team learning between the middle layer knowledge network embedded and team creativity. At multilevel, we examine the moderating role of organization learning between the middle layer knowledge network embedded organization learning between the external layer knowledge network embedded and team creativity.
