饲料添加剂糖萜素在畜牧养殖中的应用

Application of Saccharicterpenin in Animal Husbandry

近年来，抗生素的大量使用和滥用造成了动物的抗病性降低，同时也危害到食品安全．残留在畜禽产品中的抗生素直接危害到人类健康。而糖萜素作为一种新型的天然绿色添加剂，具有安全、无毒、稳定以及促进生长、提高机体免疫力的优点。文章主要就糖萜素的生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用作一综述。

In recent years, extensive use of antibiotics and abuse has resulted in lower disease resistance in animal, at the same time, it is also harmful to food safety. The residues of antibiotics in livestock products directly endanger human health. As a new kind of natural green additives, saccharicterpenin has the advantages of safety, non toxicity, stability, promotion of growth and improvement of immunity. In this paper, the biological function of saccharicterpenin and its application in animal production were reviewed.
