中西医结合治疗脊柱结核效果观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Spinal Tuberculosis

目的:对中西医结合治疗脊柱结核的临床效果进行分析。方法:以2015年3月-2016年3月笔者所在医院收治的62例脊柱结核患者作为此次研究的观察对象,通过随机数字表法分成观察组和对比组,各31例;对比组单纯进行常规药物及手术治疗,观察组在此基础上加服中药汤剂治疗,完成治疗后,对比分析两组临床效果。结果:通过治疗,观察组临床总有效率达到93.5%,显著高于对比组的80.7%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中均未出现严重并发症。结论:对于脊柱结核患者,在常规西药和手术治疗基础上加用中药治疗,效果确切,可有效改善患者病情,临床意义重大。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of spinal tuberculosis. Method： From March 2015 to March 2016, in our hospital, 62 cases of spinal tuberculosis patients were selected as the research object, and divided into observation group and contrast group by random number table method, 31 cases in each group.Contrast group was treated with routine medication and surgical treatment, the observation group used Chinese medicine treatment based on contrast group.After the treatment, compared the clinical effects of the two groups. Result： Through the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.5%, significantly higher than that of the contrast group（80.7%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were no serious complications in the two groups.Conclusion： For spinal tuberculosis patients, the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on the conventional western medicine and surgical treatment, the effect is exact, can effectively improve the patient＇s condition, the clinical significance is great.
