腹部B超诊断急性阑尾炎的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Abdominal B Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis

目的:对腹部B超诊断急性阑尾炎的临床效果进行探讨分析。方法:本次研究的研究对象为2014年8月-2016年8月笔者所在医院收治的急性阑尾炎患者55例,所有患者均进行腹部B超诊断,并进行手术治疗,与手术确诊结果相比较,分析腹部B超诊断急性阑尾炎的准确率以及临床应用价值。结果:单纯性阑尾炎腹部B超检查诊断符合率为94.44%(34/36);化脓性阑尾炎腹部B超检查诊断符合率为81.82%(9/11);坏疽性阑尾炎腹部B超检诊断符合率为80.00%(4/5);阑尾周围脓肿腹部B超检查诊断符合率为100%(3/3)。腹部B超检查的诊断结果符合手术病理确诊结果的有50例,准确率为90.91%。结论:采用腹部B超诊断急性阑尾炎具有简便、安全、直接、可重复操作等优点,能够为临床医生制定治疗方案提供准确依据,具有非常好的临床应用效果。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of abdominal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Method： The subjects of this study were 55 patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016, all patients underwent abdominal B ultrasound diagnosis and surgical treatment, compared with surgical diagnosis results, the accuracy of abdominal B ultrasonund in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis and its clinical value were analyzed.Result： The diagnose accordance rate of abdominal B ultrasound for simple appendicitis was 94.44%（34/36）.The diagnose accordance rate of abdominal B ultrasound for suppurative appendicitis was 81.82%（9/11）.The diagnose accordance rate of abdominal B ultrasound for gangrenous appendicitis was 80.00%（4/5）.The diagnose accordance rate of abdominal B ultrasound for periappendieural abscess was 100%（3/3）.The diagnosis of abdominal B ultrasound in accordance with the results of surgery and pathological diagnosis was 50 cases, the accuracy rate was 90.91%.Coneltmion： The use of abdominal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis is simple, safe, direct, repeatable operation, and can provide accurate basis for clinical doctors to develop treatment programs, it has a very good clinical application effect.
