复方消化酶联合西沙必利治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Digestive Enzyme Combined with Cisapride in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的:评价复方消化酶联合西沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法:将符合功能性消化不良条件85例患者随机分为治疗组45例,对照组40例;治疗组予复方消化酶+西沙必利;对照组予复方消化酶+多潘立酮,疗程均为4周;观察临床疗效及有无不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率95.6%,对照组总有效率75.0%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应均轻微,均自行缓解。结论:在临床工作中,用复方消化酶联合西沙必利治疗治疗功能性消化不良效果显著,值得临床应用。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Compound Digestive Enzyme combined with Cisapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Method： 85 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment group of 45 cases and control group of 40 cases.The treatment group was treated with Compound Digestive Enzyme and Cisapride, the control group was treated with Compound Digestive Enzyme and Domperidone, which lasted for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.6%, and the control group was 75.0%.The difference in the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The adverse reactions of the two groups were mild and spontaneous remission.Conclusion： In clinical work, with Compound Digestive Enzyme combined with Cisapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has significant effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
