摘要
发育性髋关节脱位(DDH)是小儿骨科常见的四肢异常之一,对其骨骼方面的研究已日趋成熟,近年来对关节内外软组织病变的研究逐渐成为热点。MRI因其良好的软组织分辨力,能较好地显示出髋关节内所有临床上重要而其他影像检查难以显示的软组织及软骨结构,已成为DDH诊断及术前评估、预后评价的必要检查方法。同时,随着近年来MR新技术的不断出现,其对提示软骨及肌肉的早期病变具有潜在价值。探讨MRI对DDH软组织病变的诊断价值及一些MR新技术的应用趋势。
Developmental dysplasia of the hip is one of the common limb abnormalities in pediatric orthopedics. The bone of the hip joints has been intensively studied, and studies on soft tissue lesions gradually become hotspot. Soft tissue and cartilage of hip can be displayed well on MRI, but difficult on other imaging methods because of its good soft tissue resolution,which is important in clinical practice. MRI has become a necessary screening method for the diagnosis, and preoperative and prognosis evaluation of DDH. At the same time, some new technologies of MR are emerging and have great value for the earlier prediction of the lesions in cartilage and muscle. Our main purpose was to explore the MRI diagnostic value on soft tissue lesions of developmental dysplasia of the hip and to introduce the application of MR new technologies.
