麻醉镇痛药在癌痛治疗中的合理应用

The reasonable application of narcotic analgesics in the treatment of cancer pain

目的探讨麻醉镇痛药在癌痛治疗中的合理应用。方法以我院2014年3月至2015年3月收治的22例癌痛患者作为对照组,并选取2015年4月至2016年4月收治的22例癌痛患者为观察组。分析对照组中不合理使用麻醉镇痛药的问题,提出改进措施,并于观察组中实施。观察两组癌痛患者治疗前、后的疼痛情况及生活质量。结果观察组患者治疗后的疼痛评分为(3.02±0.38)分,明显低于对照组的(5.37±0.44)分(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的生活质量量表评分为(74.45±2.18)分,高于对照组的(60.09±3.27)分(P<0.05)。结论为了改善癌痛患者疼痛情况,提高其生活质量,使用麻醉镇痛药物时,应遵循合理使用的原则,并不断提高医护人员的责任心及医疗水平。

Objective To study the narcotic analgesics reasonable application in the treatment of cancerpain. Methods Twenty-two cases of cancer patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as control group. Twenty-two cases of cancer patients from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as observation group. The problem of unreasonable use of narcotic analgesics in the control group were analyzed, and put forward the improvement measures, which were implemented in the observation group. The pain and quality of life scale of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The pain score of the observation group was （3.02±0.38） after treatment, which was significantly lower than （5.37±0.44） of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the quality of life scale of the observation group was （74.45±2.18）, which was higher than （60.09_±3.27） of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In order to improve the patient＇s pain and their quality of life with narcotic analgesics, it should follow the principle of rational use of medical staff, improve the sense of responsibility of nurses and health care.
