小切口指引引导钳法行阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎50例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 50 cases of appendicitis treated by small incision guided clamp appendectomy

目的观察小切口指引引导钳法阑尾切除术在阑尾炎临床治疗中的应用效果。方法将80例阑尾炎患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=50),对照组采用传统阑尾切除术治疗,观察组采用小切口指引引导钳法行阑尾切除。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复时间、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、术后恢复时间等均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率达98.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。结论采用小切口指引引导钳法行阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎,临床效果显著,手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度等手术情况优于传统阑尾切除术,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of appendicitis treated by small incision guided clamp appendectomy. Methods Eighty cases of appendicitis patients were divided into control group （n=30） and observation group （n=50） according to different treatments. The control group was treated with conventional appendectomy, while the observation group accepted the small incision guided clamp appendectomy. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative recovery time, treatment effect and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of incision, postoperative recovery time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 4.00%, which was significantly lower than 33.33% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of small incision guided clamp appendectomy in the treatment of patients with appendicitis is significant. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of incision in the small incision guided clamp appendectomy is superior to the conventional appendectomy surgery, which has less adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
