胃神经鞘瘤的CT扫描特征

CT features of gastric schwannoma

目的探讨胃神经鞘瘤的CT表现,进一步提高临床对胃神经鞘瘤的诊断水平。方法回顾分析我院经手术及病理证实的6例胃神经鞘瘤患者的影像资料,6例均行多层螺旋CT三期动态增强扫描。结果 6例胃神经鞘瘤中,位于胃体小弯4例,位于胃大弯及胃底部各1例;其中同时向腔内外生长3例,腔外生长2例,腔内生长伴溃疡形成1例。均为单发、边界清晰的类圆形肿块,直径20~43 mm,平均33 mm。CT平扫6例均呈均匀的等低密度;动脉期3例轻度强化,3例中度强化;静脉期持续强化4例,强化程度轻度增高2例;延迟扫描6例强化程度均明显增高。结论胃神经鞘瘤的CT扫描有一定的特征,CT扫描有助于胃神经鞘瘤诊断准确率的提高。

Objective To investigate the CT features of gastric schwannoma, so as to further improve the diagnostic level of gastric schwannoma. Methods The image data of 6 cases of gastric schwannoma confirmed with surgery and pathology were reviewed, 6 cases were performed three phase dynamic enhanced multislice CT scan. Results Six cases of gastric schwannoma were located along the lesser curvature in gastric body （4 cases）, greater curvature in gastric body （1 case） and fundus of stomach （1 case）; The tumors were well-defined oval homogenous masses with both endophytic and exophytic （3 cases）, exophytic （2 cases）, endophytic （1 case）; the diameter were 20-43 ram, the average diameter was 33 ram. CT plain scan of 6 cases were homogeneously low density; 3 cases were mild enhancement and 3 cases were moderate enhancement in arterial phase; 4 cases were continuous enhancement and 2 cases slightly increased in venous phase; CT delay scan of 6 cases significantly increased. Conclusion CT scan of gastric schwannoma has certain characteristics, which can help to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
