Objective To explore the clinical application value of blood collection by centrifugal venipuncture and conventional venipuncture. Methods One hundred and forty people who received intravenous blood samples were included in the study and were divided into observation group and control group, with 70 people in each group. The control group underwent conventional venipuncture, and the observation group underwent centrifugal venipuncture. The effects of blood collection in the two groups were compared, and the factors that affect the blood collection time were investigated. Results The one-time success rate of venipuncture and the blood immediately return rate blood of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). The blood collection time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P〈0.05). For people with a blood collection of 2 mL, the blood collection time of the two groups had no statistical significance (P〉0.05), for people with a blood collection of 4 mL and 6 mL, the blood collection time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P〈0.05). For people who had good venous condition, the blood collection time of the two groups had no statistical difference (P〉0.05); for people who had a medium and bad venous condition, the blood collection time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Centrifugal venipuncture has better velocity of blood collection for people have large volume or bad vein condition, which has positive significance for the efficient blood collection and protection of blood vessels. It is worthy of clinical application.
