综合护理模式对急性盆腔炎患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of comprehensive nursing model on treatment effect and quality of life of patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease

目的分析和评价综合护理模式对急性盆腔炎患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响。方法选择本站2014年8月至2016年6月收治的100例急性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,分成A组和B组,每组50例。A组给予综合护理模式,B组给予一般护理模式。比较两组的护理服务质量总满意率、治疗配合度与生活质量评分。结果 A组的护理服务质量总满意率是98.00%,明显高于B组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组护理后的生活质量评分、治疗配合度优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性盆腔炎病症的护理工作中,综合护理模式优势明显,可以提高患者的治疗配合度和生活质量,且具有较理想的护理服务质量总满意率,值得推广。

Objective To analyze and evaluate comprehensive nursing model on treatment effect and quality of life of patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods One hundred cases of patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease admitted in our station from August 2014 to June 2016 were selected as research objects. Patients were divided into group A and group B, with 50 cases in each group. The group A was given comprehensive nursing model, while the group B was given general nursing mode. The overall satisfaction rate of nursing service, treatment coordination and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The overall satisfaction rate of nursing service quality in the group A was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than 86.00% in the group B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the quality of life scores and treatment coordination in the group A were better than those in the group B, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the nursing work of acute pelvic inflammatory disease, the comprehensive nursing model has obvious advantages, which can improve the patients＂ treatment coordination and quality of life, with a better overall satisfaction rate of nursing service quality. It is worthy of promotion.
