综合护理干预对60例手足口病合并脑炎患儿的效果分析

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on 60 children with hand foot mouth disease combined with encephalitis

目的分析综合护理干预对手足口病合并脑炎患儿的护理效果。方法选取收治的手足口病合并脑炎的患儿60例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组患儿给予综合护理干预,比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果观察组患儿意识恢复时间、退热时间、住院时间及治疗总有效率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在手足口病合并脑炎患儿中的应用疗效显著,提高了患儿治愈率、护理质量及护理满意度,减少了手足口病并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with hand foot mouth disease combined with encephalitis. Methods Sixty children with hand foot mouth disease combined with encephalitis were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group was given routine nursing, then the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The consciousness recovery time, cooling time, hospitalization time and the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant curative effect on the children with hand foot mouth disease combined with encephalitis, which can improve the cure rate, the quality of care, and nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of hand foot mouth disease.
