护理干预在羊水栓塞产妇护理中的临床效果

Clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with amniotic fluid embolism

目的探讨护理干预应用于羊水栓塞产妇护理中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的50例羊水栓塞产妇的临床资料,按照护理方法的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组产妇实施常规护理,观察组产妇实施全面护理干预,观察两组产妇的并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组产妇的护理满意度为92.0%,明显高于对照组产妇的64.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇焦虑发生情况明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于羊水栓塞产妇的护理中,不仅能降低产妇术后并发症发生率,而且能有效促进护理满意度的提高,使护患关系和谐,促进产妇康复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with amniotic fluid embolism. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of patients with amniotic fluid embolism admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods, with 25 cases in each group. The control group accepted routine nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.0%, which was higher than 64.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The anxiety of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with amniotic fluid embolism can reduce the incidence rate of the complications, improve the nursing satisfaction rate, harmonious nurse-patient relationship and promote patients＂ rehabilitation.
