全程护理在小儿哮喘雾化中的应用效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨全程护理在小儿哮喘雾化中的应用效果。方法选取2013年11月至2015年11月在我院接受治疗的小儿哮喘患儿112例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各56例。两组患儿均进行雾化治疗,对照组患儿给予常规性护理,观察组患儿给予全程护理,比较两组患儿的治疗效果、治疗时间、药物依从性及护理满意度。结果观察组患儿治疗有效率为96.4%,对照组患儿治疗有效率为76.8%,观察组患儿治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的用药时间、药物的依从性及护理满意度均明显优于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘患儿雾化过程中对其进行全程护理干预可提高患儿治疗效果,缩短药物治疗时间,对患儿临床症状的改善起到积极的作用,有效提高患儿治疗的依从性及护理满意度,值得临床大力推广。 Objective To analyze the application effect of whole process nursing on atomization in the treatment of infantile asthma. Methods One hundred and twelve cases of children with atomization admitted in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 56 cases in each group. All the children were treated with infantile asthma, the control group accepted conventional nursing, while the observation group received whole process nursing. The clinical effect, treatment time, medication adherence rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.4%, which was higher than 76.8% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The treatment time , medication adherence rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Whole process nursing on atomization in the treatment of infantile asthma can improve the clinical effect, reduce treatment time. It plays a positive role in improving the clinical symptoms of children, and improve the medication adherence and nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical popularization.
