“羊藿五味”咀嚼片的制备工艺 被引量:1

摘要 以淫羊藿、五味子等为主要原料制备保健食品,研究其制备工艺.以总多糖、总黄酮的含量为测定指标,提取工艺为:水煎煮提取2次,料液体积比为1∶8和1∶6,提取时间分别为2h和1.5h;精制工艺为:浓缩至料液比为1∶1,澄清剂用量为2%-3%,提取液温度为70℃;制剂处方为:浸膏∶茯苓∶乳糖∶甘露醇∶糊精∶蛋白糖=110∶30∶16∶16∶20∶1,并用60%乙醇作为润湿剂.功能评价实验表明,"羊藿五味"咀嚼片制剂具有良好的抗疲劳作用. The study is to investigate the preparation technology of dietary supplement made from the main ingredients which are Epimedium Brevicornu and Schisandra,etc.The extraction amount of total polysaccharides and flavonoid is used as the evaluation indexes.The optimized extraction process was provided by the raw material extracted twice by boiled water,with solid-liquid ratio(1∶8)for 2h,1∶6for 1.5h.The refined technology was material-liquid ratio(1∶1),clarifying agent(2%-3%)and temperature(70℃).The prescription was extractum,poria powder,lactose,mannitol,dextrin and protein sugars,their ratio 110∶30∶16∶16∶20∶ 1,respectively,with the wetting agent(60% ethanol).The obtained dietary supplement can obviously alleviate physical fatigue..
