摘要
伴随现代电气自动化控制工艺的引入和使用,煤矿生产效率获得显著提升,但基于PLC系统的电气自动化控制系统在使用中也存在诸多问题。以此为着手点,在分析电气自动化系统构建必要性的基础上,从设备选型与架构优化两方面对电气自动化系统的优化进行总结分析,希望能为其它矿井电气自动化系统的优化改造提供借鉴与参考。
Along with the introduction and use of modern electrical automation control technology, coal mine production efficie- ncy significantly increased, but the electrical automation control system based on PLC system also has many problems in use. Based on this, this paper analyzed the necessity of building electrical automation system, summarized and analyzed the optimiza- tion of electrical automation system from aspects of equipment selection and structure optimization, hoping to be able to offer refe- rence for the optimization and transformation of other mine electrical automation system.
