福清核电首次大修质量控制发现问题分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of the Problems of Quality Control in the First Overhaul in Fuqing Nuclear Power Company

大修质量关乎核电站的安全,是机组稳定运行的前提和基础。通过对福清核电101大修发出的维修质量缺陷报告和QC发现问题的统计分析和总结,找出影响大修质量的主要因素,并提出针对性纠正措施,为后续大修质量控制提供有益经验。

Overhaul quality is closely related to the safety of nuclear power plant, and is the basis and prerequisite of the stable op- eration of the unit. This paper analyzed and summarized the maintenance quality defect report of 101 overhaul in Fuqing Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. and the problems figured out by Qc, and put forward the corresponding corrective measures so as to provide useful experience for quality control of the overhaul in future.
