摘要
从中国煤矿安全生产的实际出发,以单片机技术为核心,探讨了一款高精度的矿用气压测定仪的设计。该气压测定仪采用模块化设计思维,对井巷大气压力和温度信号进行自动采集,并根据大气压力、温度特性进行数学运算,得出当前气压数据,然后将该数据送显示器显示或通过RS232接口送上位机处理,为矿井安全人员提供精确的判断依据。
This paper discussed the design of the pressure tester with high precision applied in mines focusing on the single chip microcomputer technology from the reality of safety production in China's coal mines. With the idea of modular design, the pre- ssure meter made automatic data collection of the atmospheric pressure and temperature signal and carried out the mathematical operation according to the atmospheric pressure and temperature features to get the present air pressure data. Then the data will be sent to be shown on the display or be processed through RS232 interface so as to provide the safety personnel with the accu- rate basis for judgment.
