摘要 构建了一套微孔发泡高光泽注塑控制系统,包括高压气体定量加注控制子系统和高光泽注塑工艺快速循环温变控制子系统。其中,高压气体定量加注子系统硬件部分主要由控制器、高压伺服阀、质量流量传感器、压力传感器、节流孔板、截止阀等组成。设计了精确稳定的高压气体压力控制环和流量质量控制环,实现了规定速率的高压气体定时定量加注。快速循环温变控制子系统由高压蒸汽发生器和即冷即热循环温度控制器组成。作为核心工艺装备实际应用于超临界流体微孔发泡高光泽塑料注射成型生产线,应用效果优良。 A set of Microcellular Foamine High Gloss injection molding control system was constructed. The system includes a high pressure gas quantitative filling subsystem and a rapid heat cycle molding control subsystem. The hardware of quantitative filling subsystem is consisted of controller, servo valve, mass flow sensor, pressure sensor, orifice plate and glob valve etc. In order to achieve the specified rate of high pressure gas timing quantitative filling, the accurate and stable pressure control loop and mass flow control loop are designed. The rapid heat cycle molding control subsystem is consisted of a high pressure steam generator, a cooling-water machine, air compressor and the controller. Used as the core technology and equipment of the Microcellular Foamine High Gloss injection molding production line, the products quality is perfect.
