摘要 Pb(Ni_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))_(0.10)(Sb_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))_(0.015)(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))_(0.035)(Zr_xTi_(1-x))_(0.85)O_3 piezoelectric ceramics(abbreviated as PNN-PSN-PMN-PZT)were synthesized by conventional solid-state reaction method.The effects of R(Zr)/R(Ti)on phase structure,microstructure,dielectric,piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties of the ceramics Pb(Ni_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))_(0.10)(Sb_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))_(0.015)(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))_(0.035)(Zr_xTi_(1-x))_(0.85)O_3 piezoelectric ceramics(abbreviated as PNN-PSN-PMN-PZT)were synthesized by conventional solid-state reaction method.The effects of R(Zr)/R(Ti)on phase structure,microstructure,dielectric.
