宫颈不典型病变患者筛查中应用阴道镜和HPV-DNA检测的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Colposcopy and HPV-DNA Detection in the Screening of Patients with Cervical Atypical Lesions

目的:研究宫颈不典型病变患者筛查中应用阴道镜和HPV-DNA检测的临床效果。方法:选某院186例宫颈不典型病变患者作为观察对象,采用阴道镜和HPV-DNA检测,同时进行宫颈组织病理性检查并以此作为诊断标准,观察检查结果。结果:阴道镜检查阳性率低于宫颈组织病理检查,HPV-DNA检查阳性率高于宫颈组织病理检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);阴道镜联合HPV-DNA检查阳性率更接近宫颈组织病理检查,但与之比较仍然偏高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阴道镜联合HPVDNA检查敏感度、特异度均高于阴道镜检查、HPV-DNA检查。结论:宫颈不典型病变患者筛查中应用阴道镜和HPV-DNA检测能够减少漏诊和误诊的发生,具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective：To study the clinical effect ofcolposcopy and HPV-DNA detection in the screening of patients with cervical atypical lesions.Methods：186 cases of patients with cervical atypical lesions were selected as observation objects.All patients were given colposcopy and HPV-DNA detection,and all patients received pathologic examination of cervical tissue,which served as a diagnostic criteria,then the results were observed.Results：The positive rate of colposcopy was lower than that of cervical tissue pathological examination,and the positive rate of HPV-DNA was higher than that of cervical tissue pathological examination,which the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）;The positive rate of colposcopy combined HPV-DNA was closer to that of cervical tissue pathological examination,but it was still on the high side compared with cervical tissue pathological examination,which the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The sensitivity and specificity of colposcopy combined HPV-DNA detection were higher than those of colposcopy detection and HPV-DNA detection.Conclusion：The application of colposcopy and HPV-DNA detection in the screening of cervical atypical lesions can reduce the incidence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,which has high diagnostic value.
