超声引导经皮穿刺硬化治疗术在腘窝囊肿治疗中的应用价值探讨

Application Value of Ultrasound Guided Percutaneous Puncture Sclerotherapy in the Treatment of Popliteal Cyst

目的:探讨腘窝囊肿采用超声引导经皮穿刺硬化治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2014年7月~2016年7月某院收治的46例腘窝囊肿患者的一般资料,所有患者均实施超声引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗术。术后随访6个月,并分析治疗效果。结果:患者治疗前后Rauschning和Lindgren腘窝囊肿评分有显著性差异(P<0.05):治疗1周后,囊壁皱缩,囊腔大小约为治疗前的1/3~1/2;治疗1个月内,16例囊肿完全消失;治疗2个月内,35例囊肿完全消失;治疗3个月内,所有患者囊肿均消失。随访期间,均未复发。结论:在腘窝囊肿患者的临床治疗过程中,采用超声引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗术进行治疗,能获得较好的临床效果,值得推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound guided guided percutaneous puncture sclerotherapy in the treatment of popliteal cyst.Methods：The general data of 46 cases of patients with popliteal cyst treated in a hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were implemented ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture sclerotherapy for treatment. After 6 months of follow-up,the treatment effect was analyzed. Results： The Rauschning and Lindgren popliteal cyst scores of this group before and after treatment had significant differences （P〈0.05） ;After 1 week of treatment, the cyst wall was shrinking and the lumen size was approximately 1/3-1/2 big compared with before treatment. Within 1 months of treatment, 16 cases of cyst disappeared completely, within 2 months,35 cases of cyst disappeared completely,and within 3 months, all cyst disappeared. During follow-up, no recurrence was found. Conclusion： In the clinical treatment process of patients with popliteal cyst, ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture sclerotherapy can obtain better clinical effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
