门脉断流术联合脾脏切除术与双介入栓塞术治疗肝硬化门脉高压症疗效对比

Comparison of Portal Vein Discectomy Combined with Splenectomy and Double Interventional Embolization in the Treatment of Cirrhotic Portal Hypertension

目的:对比分析门脉断流术联合脾脏切除术与双介入栓塞术治疗肝硬化门脉高压症的临床疗效,确定最佳的治疗方法。方法:选取2014年4月~2015年4月某院收治的76例肝硬化门脉高压症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分成观察组和对照组,每组38例,对照组实施双介入栓塞术,观察组采用门脉断流术联合脾脏切除术,观察和对比两组患者治疗的临床疗效。结果:采用联合手术治疗的观察组患者取得了更好的治疗效果,和对照组相比差异明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:对于肝硬化门脉高压症患者采用门脉断流术联合脾脏切除术进行治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy of portal discectomy combined with splenectomy and double interventional embolization in the treatment of cirrhotic portal hypertension and to determine the best treatment.Methods：From April 2014 to April 2015,76 patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. 38 patients in each group and the patients in control group were treated with portal vein discectomy and splenectomy.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results：The patients treated with combined surgery had achieved better therapeutic effect. Cornpared with the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, which was statistically significant. Conclusion： The treatment of portal cirrhosis with splenectomy is significant in patients with portal hypertension and is worthy of clinical practice.
