摘要 目的:对辛伐他汀治疗高血脂的用药效果进行分析。方法:将60例高血脂患者(收治时间为2014年7月~2015年7月)进行计算机随机分组,分别为对照组与观察组,对照组给予患者非他汀类降脂药物进行治疗,观察组给予患者辛伐他汀治疗,对比两组患者的血脂水平与心血管不良事件发生率。结果:观察组患者治疗后的TC、TG及LDL-C均比治疗前与对照组治疗后低,观察组患者的HDL-C水平明显高于对照组,同时该组患者的心血管不良事件发生率为10.00%,明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:高血脂患者实施辛伐他汀进行治疗效果显著,值得临床进一步推广实施。 Objective:To analyze the effect of simvastatin in the treatment of high blood lipid.Methods:60 cases of hyperlipemia patients treated in a hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were divided into control group and observation group by computer random grouping.The control group was treated with non-statins lipid-lowering drugs, and the observation group was treated with simvastatin,then compared the blood lipid levels and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events of two groups.Results: The TC, TG and LDL-C of observation group after treatment were lower then that of control group and lower then that before treatment, the levels of HDL-C of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the incidence of adverse events of observation group (10.00%) was significantly lower than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The effect of simvastatin in the treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia is significant, which is worthy of further clinical promotion and implementation.
