居家护理对改善颅脑损伤患者生活质量的作用

Effect of Home Care on Improving the Quality of Life of Patients with Craniocerebral Injury

目的:研究分析居家护理对改善颅脑损伤患者生活质量的作用。方法:选取某院2014年3月~2016年3月期间收治的颅脑损伤患者60例,将患者随机平均分配为研究组、对照组。对照组进行常规护理,研究组患者在接受常规的护理基础上结合居家护理,观察比较两组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率以及出院后7个月ADL评定指标。结果:研究组患者上述观察指标均明显优于对照组患者,两组患者结果差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经研究发现,临床上应用居家护理可有效改善颅脑损伤患者生活质量,值得大力推广应用。

Objective：To study the effect of home care on improving the quality of life of patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods： 60 cases of patients with cranioeerebral injury treated in a hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group received routine nursing combined home care, then the nursing satisfaction rate,incidence of complications, and ADL evaluation index in 7 months after discharge of two groups were observed and compared.Results：All observation indexes of study group were significantly better than those of control group,which the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical application of home care can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with craniocerebral injury.
