摘要
目的:拟对血气分析中检测的电解质与常规生化检测的电解质作对比分析,观察两种仪器测定电解质的差异。方法:对50例住院患者同时采集动脉血,采用血气分析仪分析动脉血电解质,全自动干化学分析仪测定电解质。结果:全自动生化分析仪的检测结果高于血糖血气分析仪血钾的检测结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血钠、氯的检测结果高于血糖血气分析仪,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血气分析仪检测结果仅作为参考,电解质测定的结果还是以生化分析仪检测为准。
Objective:To study the electrolyte of the electrolyte detected in the blood gas analysis and the conventional biochemical detection of the electrolyte, and to observe the difference of the electrolyte between the two instruments.Methods:50 cases of hospitalized patients were collected at the same time, arterial blood was analyzed by blood gas analyzer, and the electrolyte was measured by automatic dry chemical analyzer.Results:The results of automatic biochemical analyzer were higher than those of blood glucose and blood gas analyzer,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05);serum sodium and chlorine test results were higher than blood glucose and blood gas analyzer,the difference was not statistically (P 〈0.05).Conclusion: Blood gas analyzer test results only as a reference,the results of the determination of electrolyte or biochemi cal analyzer test shall prevail.
