探讨社区护理在预防老年人跌倒中的应用价值

Application Value of Community Care in the Prevention of Falls in Elderly People

目的:通过对社区老年人进行对照试验,探讨社区护理在预防老年人跌倒中的应用价值。方法:选择社区2013年1月~2015年1月老年人60例,随机分组为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组在此基础上采用跌倒风险护理干预措施,比较两组跌倒事件发生率、护理满意程度。结果:(1)观察组护理有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(60%),跌倒事件发生率低于对照组,P<0.05;(2)与对照组对比,观察组治疗依从性明显更高,干预后自我效能、生活质量评分明显更高,P<0.05。与治疗前对比,治疗后两组患者自我效能和生活质量评分明显提高,P<0.05。结论:社区护理在预防老年人跌倒中的应用效果显著,能够有效地减少社区老年人跌倒的发生,提高老年人生活质量,值得社区广泛推广与应用。

Objective：To explore the value of community care in the prevention of falls in elderly people through community-controlled trial.Methods：60cases of elderly people in community from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group was given the fall risk nursing intervention on the basis of control group,then compared the fall incidence and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results：（1）The effective rate of observation group（93.33%）was significantly higher than that of control group（60%）,the incidence of falls was lower than that of control group,P〈0.05.（2）Compared with control group,the treatment compliance of observation group was significantly higher,and the scores of self efficacy and quality of life were significantly higher after the intervention,P〈0.05.Compared with before treatment,the scores of self efficacy and quality of life were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Community care in the prevention of falls in elderly people has remarkable application effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of falls among the community elderly,improve the quality of life of older people,and is worthy of promotion and application.
