医院药事管理在临床药学服务中的价值与作用分析

Analysis on the Value and Function of Hospital Pharmacy Administration in Clinical Pharmacy Service

目的:探讨在临床药学服务过程中医院药事管理在其中的作用和价值。方法:选取未进行药事管理前本院所接收的患者40例设为参照组,并选取进行药事管理后本院所接收的患者40例设为研究组,对两组患者用药后的反应进行研究统计。结果:数据结果表明,进行药事管理后的研究组其患者用药满意度、不良反应发生率等指标显著优于参照组患者,两组数具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将医院药事管理应用于临床药学服务中,具有显著的临床价值,能够提升并改善药物管理机制,降低药物服务不满意的发生率,对于临床研究具有重要意义。

The difference of the two groups is statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of hospital pharmacy management in clinical pharmacy services has significant clinical value, which can improve drug management mechanism and reduce the incidence of drug service dissatisfaction,which is of great significance for clinical research.
