Science and Technology Pattern of Asia at Present and in the 21st Century

本文分析了亚洲各国的科技现状 ,预测了 2 1世纪里日、中、印的科学技术在亚洲三足鼎立的前景 ,并对韩国、新加坡、印度尼西亚、马来西亚、巴基斯坦、以色列、土尔其、曾属于前苏联的中亚诸国等国的科技发展态势作了估计 ,讨论了这种新科技格局对亚洲的经济、政治、军事。

This paper analyzes the present situation of science and technology in Asian countries,and predicts that in the 21st century,there would appear a three poled structure in Asia in terms of S & T strength where Japan,China and India will be the main players.Then the paper estimates the future S & T developments in Korea,Singapore,Indonesia,Malaysia,Pakistan,Israel,Turkey,and Central Asian countries that used to belong to the former Soviet Union,and discusses the impact of this new S & T pattern upon economy,politics,military affairs and culture in Asia.
