An Analysis of the Global Enterprises Merger & Acquisition(EMA)

Since 1990s, with the development of the world economy and information globalization, the wind of transnational groups Merger & Acquisition has been blowing more and more strongly.This article analyses the reasons and aims of EMA, and the influence brought by EMA on the world economy structure. The article concludes that EMA is an overall reform of enterprise management structure and strategy carried out by the transnational companies facing the 21 st century, and that EMA is also a new strategic choice made by enterprises under the circumstances of acuter and acuter competitiveness.
