超声对瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘植入的临床诊断价值被引量：7

摘要瘢痕子宫是在剖宫产过程中手术部位形成的瘢痕再次妊娠时,易导致前置胎盘和胎盘植入的子宫,是妊娠中晚期的急症和重症[1]。胎盘植入缺乏典型的临床表现,容易忽视和漏诊。超声及MR检查是目前诊断胎盘前置和植入的主要方法[1-3]且具经济、方便及无创优势,在产前前置胎盘及胎盘植入诊断中具有极高的应用价值。为探讨彩色超声诊断瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘、胎盘植入的效果,
