硬膜外腔特制导管神经根松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效 被引量:3

Efficacy of epidural adhesion lysis with special catheter via sacral canal in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

摘要 目的 探讨硬膜外腔特制导管松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 腰椎间盘突出症患者35例,男20例,女15例,年龄25~72岁.采用经骶管入路,行硬膜外腔导管神经根松解术治疗.按照Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)和疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估患者术后疗效,并记录术后并发症.结果 术后1周、6个月时VAS和ODl评分分别为(2.6±1.5)、(31.8±8.7),(2.0±0.6)、(22.5±2.1),与术前(7.3±1.1)、(71.4±18.2)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).未见严重手术相关并发症.结论 经骶管行硬膜外腔特制导管神经根松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效. Objective To explore the effect of epidural adhesion lysis with special catheter via sacral canal in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Thirty-five patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were enrolled in the study,aged 25-72 yr,male 20 cases,female 15 cases.All patients were received epidural adhesion lysis with special catheter via sacral canal.Visual analogue scale (VAS) and Oswestry disability index (ODI) were applied to evaluate the effect at one week and six months after the treatment.The complications were recorded.Results VAS and ODI decreased singnificantly at one week (2.6± 1.5),(31.8± 8.7),and at six months (2.0 ± 0.6),(22.5± 2.1) after the treatment as compared with pre-treatment (7.3 ± 1.1),(71.4 ± 18.2),with significant difference (P 〈 0.05).The serious complications were not seen.Conclusion The epidural adhesion lysis with special catheter via sacral canal is a safe and effective method in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
