P2Y12受体参与神经病理性疼痛相关机制研究进展

Research progresses of P2Y12 receptor in neuropathic pain

摘要 P2Y12受体作为嘌呤受体的一个亚型,参与疼痛的调节.在不同神经病理性疼痛模型中,靶向抑制P2Y12受体或者基因敲除可以调控动物的疼痛行为,并抑制促炎因子、神经活性物质的释放.本文综述P2Y12受体在神经病理性疼痛中的研究进展. P2Y12 receptor,as a subtype of purinergic receptors,involves in the regulation of pain.Targeting inhibition of P2Y12 receptor or gene knockout can modulate the pain behavior of animals and inhibit the synthesis of related proinflammatory and neuroactive substances in different neuropathic pain modals.The research progresses of P2Y12 receptor in neuropathic pain is reviewed in this paper.
